We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager/ Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to develop project schedules and timelines.
- Review schematics and blueprints to identify potential challenges or discrepancies in project execution.
- Utilize ProCore software for project management tasks, including tracking costs, schedules, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to gather data for accurate estimations and assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, contracts, and related documentation for future reference.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
