BBABN seeks an empathetic, dedicated, and licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide Intensive In-Community Services for youth and young adults ages 5–21 in the Greater Newark area. In this role, you will deliver goal-oriented, solution-focused therapy designed to stabilize families, empower youth, and foster meaningful community reintegration.

Provide Therapy : Deliver individual, group, and family-focused interventions that help youth develop coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and stress management skills.Develop Treatment Plans : Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to create personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.Collaborate : Partner with families, Child Family Teams (CFT), and support systems to ensure holistic care.Document Progress : Maintain detailed records of sessions, outcomes, and key insights for program improvement.Learn and Grow : Participate in BBABN training programs to enhance your skills and remain up-to-date with mental health best practices.What We Offer
