Evening Commercial Floor and Window Service Technician

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Clean windows, pressure wash buildings and parking lots, and strip and refinish flooring in a commercial indoor and outdoor environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Commercial window cleaning -Inside and out.
• Tucker brush window cleaning - Outdoors
• Floor scrubbing, stripping, finishing and burnishing.
• Mixing and applying cleaning agents.
• Restocking and maintenance of vehicle cleanliness
• Minor repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Pressure washing

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

• A minimum of one year of floor stripping and refinishing experience.
• A minimum of one year commercial and tucker brush window cleaning.
• Effective communication skills – oral and written and able to expertly use tablet applications.
• Demonstrates and utilizes good judgment and problem solving skills.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must be physically capable of working on their feet for 8 hours, strenuous work environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Core business hours:

• 5:00 pm – 1:00 am for Night FW Tech

EXPECTATIONS

• Reports to work each day and on time.
• Completes tasks in an efficient manner.
• Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.).
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Have a clean and professional appearance.
