Job Overview
Brothers Daley is seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting servers by clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting the overall efficiency of our food service operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hospitality setting and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and dishes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Support the overall operations of the restaurant by helping with various tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with bussing procedures in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
