JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to lead our CPG and retail growth. In this role, you’ll drive sales across grocery, specialty retailers, convenience stores, and major chains. Ideal candidates bring strong industry relationships, a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and a proven track record in food or frozen CPG sales.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify, pursue, and close high-impact sales opportunities in CPG and retail sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Leverage your industry insights to research market trends, identify white space opportunities, and generate leads.
- Execute creative, results-driven sales strategies to differentiate our brand in a competitive market.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to expand brand awareness and drive sales.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment of sales commitments.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of market trends to continuously refine our approach
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on food manufacturing, particularly in the ice cream industry.
- Proven success in CPG, grocery, c-store, drugstores or retail sales, particularly in the frozen or ice cream category.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
