JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead our foodservice and healthcare sales efforts. This role focuses on expanding our presence in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and other institutional sectors. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in foodservice distribution, existing relationships in healthcare, and a passion for delivering quality products that meet the unique needs of this market.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new foodservice accounts in the healthcare and institutional sectors.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to hospitals, school districts, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice directors, procurement teams, and healthcare distributors.
- Work with distributors and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to expand our footprint.
- Educate potential clients on the nutritional benefits and quality of our ice cream products for healthcare settings.
- Represent the company at healthcare and foodservice trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to develop tailored product offerings for the healthcare market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on food manufacturing, particularly in the ice cream industry.
- Proven success in foodservice sales, with a focus on healthcare, hospitals, nursing homes, or institutional accounts.
- Existing relationships with healthcare foodservice providers, distributors, and GPOs are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
