JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Manager to serve as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners across retail, healthcare, and foodservice sales channels. This role is critical in supporting sales executives and driving the success of client accounts by managing day-to-day operations, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication across departments
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Act as the liaison for all internal and external communications related to sales accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, sales executives, operations, and fulfillment teams.
- Support both retail and healthcare sales teams in achieving strategic growth goals by refining and managing sales operations and reporting systems.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, product performance, and brand loyalty across grocery, specialty retail, foodservice distributors, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within active accounts and collaborate with sales teams to convert them.
- Manage CRM and data tracking platforms to ensure accuracy of sales pipelines, order history, and communication logs.
- Coordinate pricing, contracts, and distributor/GPO relationships, especially within healthcare and foodservice sectors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; generate reports and insights to drive strategy and process improvement.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and product rollouts across all channels.
- Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings with logistics, R&D, marketing, and leadership.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or sales support—preferably in food manufacturing or CPG industries.
- Experience supporting sales within healthcare, retail, or foodservice distribution is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable managing internal stakeholders and customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales data analysis, and B2B contract administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
