Brand Ambassador / Demo Specialist (Detroit)

Who We Are:

We are two brothers who sell nuts! Organic, sprouted, flavored, and incredibly tasty nuts made from high quality clean ingredients. We started Brothers Nuts at the ages of 13 and 15 as a result of our father passing away from cancer. We are continuing the legacy of our late father by helping people snack better and live longer healthier lives. Brothers Nuts can be found in grocery stores across the country. Our mission is to ‘kick the fake food to the curb!’

What You Will Do:

You will be in charge of conducting in person demos at the grocery stores in your assigned region. You will be handing out samples at grocery stores, educating customers on who we are as a company and brand, and selling product! In this role, you will be in charge of establishing a relationship with the employees at each store too. We want this store to be yours! When you walk in everyone should know your name. You will also be in charge of taking pictures and merchandising our product at the store.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to commit to and perform a minimum amount of demos depending on your market and location.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to drive/travel to and from the store
• 16 years or older
• Valid Drivers License

Salary Range Opportunity:

$17-$25 a hour Regular Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations to maintain product displays and stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with store personnel and customers
- Supervise merchandising activities to ensure compliance with company standards
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report on stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Skills
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math concepts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
- Familiarity with grocery store operations and layout
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.21 per hour
