ENRICHMENT AIDE-
Pay rate $15.00/hr
Per diem, Part Time & Full Time positions available!
Days, evenings and Weekend Availability is Preferred

Our Enrichment Aide is responsible for informing residents of the daily activities offered and encourages all residents to participate. We are always looking for positive, dependable, caring individuals to join our team to meet the growing demand in our community for quality care.
ENRICHMENT AIDE DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Works within HIPAA, Corporate Compliance and Resident’s Rights policies.
- Informs residents of the daily activities offered and encourages all residents to participate.
- Lead daily programs as needed and record attendance and refusals.
- Report to Director of Activities any changes in the residents health or participation,
- Assists in maintaining supplies and inventory and informing Director of Activities when needed.
- Assist creating a diverse, interesting and person centered activities program.
- Assist in maintaining records of activities and/or volunteers
- Assis in copying and filing of paperwork.
- Complete various projects assigned by the Director of Activities
- Assist in the decorating of the facility.
- Adheres to the established policy and procedures of the facility.

Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year experience in a recreational or long-term care setting preferred
- Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and clean driving record.
