We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in dietary aide roles or familiarity with dietary department practices is a plus but not required.
