We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Lead Host to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Host, you will be the face of Brothers Daley, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating an inviting and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations and guest profiles.
- Coordinate seating to ensure an efficient and pleasant flow of service.
- Call guests to confirm upcoming reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand the general flow of service for future booking and current service.
- Collaborate with the management team, kitchen staff, and servers to maintain smooth operations and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Monitor the dining room to ensure a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Build relationships with regular guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay informed about menu, specials, and events to answer guest questions knowledgeably.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21
- Proven experience as a host/hostess or similar role in a high-volume, upscale dining environment for a minimum of 2 years.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Resy and/or OpenTable.
- Upbeat, positive and engaging personality to greet guests at the door, on the phone, and on the floor.
- A warm, approachable demeanor and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding Brothers Daley’s standards of excellence.
