What You’ll Do:
- Install seamless gutters, specialty gutters, and gutter guards with precision and efficiency.
- Work outdoors in varying conditions while ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Train and grow within our skills ladder program—your path to raises and promotions is clearly defined!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2 years of experience in gutter installation, exterior construction, or a related trade.
✅ A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✅ Ability to work well with a team and independently.
✅ Experience with fascia and soffit is a plus!
✅ A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

What We Offer:
💰 $22 - $28/hr DOE
📅 Full-time, year-round work (30-45 hours/week)
