Responsibilities
- Deliver bar supplies from the storage room to the service area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist the bar staff and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.
- Help with beverage prep as needed, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Collaborate with bar staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down bar service areas as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
