Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
- Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and monitoring activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks.
- Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Military experience or relevant security certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit to perform duties that may require standing or walking for extended periods.
