Job Summary: As a Closing Supervisor at Broulim’s, you will oversee the closing operations of our store, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and that the store is ready for the next day's business. Your role involves leading and motivating a team of employees, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service during closing hours.

Examples of Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees during evening/closing hours.
• Ensure that closing tasks are completed according to company standards and guidelines.
• Assist with cash management, including balancing registers and preparing deposits.
• Conduct closing procedures, such as securing the store and setting alarms.
• Address any customer inquiries or issues that arise during evening/closing hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Train and mentor closing team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of store operations and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling and register reconciliation.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
