Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and support deli operations across all store locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase deli revenue and profitability.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and selecting high-quality products.
Create and implement merchandising and promotional plans to drive customer engagement.
Oversee deli operation catering to ensure high-quality food preparation, timely execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction for all catering orders.
Assists with and ensures the training and development of store-level deli managers and employees on best practices, product preparation, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, manage shrink, and optimize ordering processes to ensure product availability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across deli operations.
Analyze sales data and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to store-level teams, including troubleshooting operational issues and responding to inquiries.
Assist in new store openings and remodels, ensuring deli departments are properly set up and trained.
Collaborate with corporate leadership and store management to align deli strategies with company goals.
Perform other duties as needed to support the success of deli operations.
Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of deli operations, including food preparation, merchandising, and safety regulations.
