Job Title: Corporate E-commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Corporate E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting and enhancing Broulim’s Online’s shopping operations, ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience for guests. This role involves overseeing daily e-commerce operations, assisting in the implementation of online strategies, coordinating with store locations, and providing support for order fulfillment processes. The Corporate E-Commerce Coordinator works closely with marketing, IT, and store leadership to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction in the online shopping platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance online sales and guest experience.
- Train and support store teams on e-commerce systems, processes, and best practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact between store locations and corporate leadership.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of online ordering, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage website updates, merchandising, promotions, and content management.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce platform issues.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data and generate reports to help improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the e-commerce department.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment and guest service.
- Basic knowledge of website functionality, content management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with grocery retail operations and online shopping trends.
- Knowledge of data analytics and performance tracking tools.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various e-commerce processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-commerce platforms
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with store teams, vendors, and corporate departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience with online shopping platforms and order management systems.
- Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new software and digital tools.
- Available to work occasionally on Saturdays as needed.
