Job Summary: As a Cut Fruit, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging a variety of fresh cut fruits for our customers. Your role will involve ensuring fruits are sliced, diced, and arranged with precision and care, while maintaining high standards of quality and freshness. Examples of Duties:
- Wash, peel, and cut a variety of fruits according to established guidelines and customer preferences.
- Package and label cut fruit products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to food safety standards.
- Arrange cut fruit products attractively in display cases and refrigerated sections.
- Monitor inventory levels of cut fruit products and assist with ordering and restocking activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the cut fruit preparation area, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their cut fruit selections and answering questions about products.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safe handling and preparation of cut fruit products.
