Examples of Job Duties:
- Oversees the growth, development, and performance of approximately 15 individuals
- Ensures that shift-leads and other team members are trained to perform all systems, routines, product recipes, food safety practices, and restaurant safety practices
- Performs under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time
- Oversees the scheduling of all team members
- Manages certifications and performance evaluations of team members
- Stays up to date with equipment and ensures that required inspections and safety protocol are being followed
- Provides customer service through delivering correct orders, addressing customer complaints, and delivering efficient services
A qualified candidate must be able to:
- Work an 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule five days a week
- Utilize technology to serve customers and manage employee schedules
- Lead and inspire team members to maintain positive attitudes
- Ability to adjust management style depending on individual team members
- Be the standard for trust, respect, excellence, and kindness
