Job Summary: As a Natural Foods Manager, you will lead our natural foods department, ensuring the availability of a diverse selection of natural, organic, and specialty products. Your role involves managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting healthy living to our customers. Examples of Duties:

• Manage the natural foods department, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order natural and organic products to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and addressing customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
• Develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales in the natural foods department.
• Stay current on industry trends and new product offerings in the natural and organic foods market.
• Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for increasing profitability and meeting department goals.
• Train and supervise department staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.

Knowledge:

• Comprehensive knowledge of natural and organic products, including ingredients, sourcing, and certifications.
• Familiarity with health and wellness principles and dietary trends.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and ordering processes.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations related to natural and organic products.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
