Job Summary: As a Natural Foods Manager, you will lead our natural foods department, ensuring the availability of a diverse selection of natural, organic, and specialty products. Your role involves managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting healthy living to our customers. Examples of Duties:
- Manage the natural foods department, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Monitor inventory levels and order natural and organic products to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and addressing customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales in the natural foods department.
- Stay current on industry trends and new product offerings in the natural and organic foods market.
- Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for increasing profitability and meeting department goals.
