Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome
- Provide wait times and manage guest flow
- Assist with special requests and maintain high service standards
- Answer phone calls and handle to-go orders
- Support dining staff by setting tables and refilling drinks
- Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- Must be able to lift 10-30 lbs.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
