What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lash Artist/Brow Artist position at Brow & Crown Collective?
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of lash extension techniques. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for keeping updated on the latest extension techniques to best suit our clients needs, as well as promoting these services and yourself via social media and word of mouth. Some following is preferred, but not required. We would like to train the right person to also perform brow laminations, tints, and waxes, as well as lash lifts and tints.
Duties
- Perform lash extension services, to achieve desired client outcomes.
- Provide additional beauty services such as brow lamination, tint, and wax, lash lift and tint.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash and brow artistry and related beauty services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Strong in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lash Artist for at least 1 year is preferred.
- Knowledge of various techniques such as brow lamination, tint, and wax as well as lash lift and tint is a plus but not required.
- Pennsylvania Cosmetology license is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills.
- Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

They share a space with Laura’s cosmetic tattoo studio La Marie Brow Club, which allows the two business to feed clients to each other seamlessly. Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
