Job Profile Summary
Under general direction, the purpose of the job is to support students holistically following first term enrollment through graduation. Additionally, this job supports students with defining and clarifying their educational and career goals. Employees in this job classification utilize a case management approach in assessing students' academic levels, guiding students through the career exploration process and facilitating the development of academic plans. Analyzes transcript evaluations for entry and exit from the college. Assesses student needs and makes appropriate referrals for student support services. Maintains appropriate records. Performs related work as directed.
Minimum Education :
- Master's degree required. Preferably in Counseling, Social Work or Education.
