Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position is to provide direct service and support to prospective, current and former students from the point of application through paid enrollment in students' first semester using a case management approach. This includes information regarding the College's programs and services, admissions and registration, proof of residency, transcript evaluation, orientation, assessment of learning, facilitating student engagement in academic and career planning activities, student success skills, college policies and procedures, and student co- and extra-curricular activities offered at the College.
Minimum Education :
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Counseling or Education preferred.
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
