SUMMARY: The Patient Service Coordinator works as part of the administrative and medical office team performing those clerical and administrative duties necessary for patients who are a part of Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (FBCCEDP).

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalence
- Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant Program which identifies both clinical and classroom instruction sufficient to meet state requirements, preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a medical facility and/or related customer service field.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with culturally diversified groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to interface effectively with members of culturally and professionally diverse staff.
