Reconciles and posts daily payments from various sources to ensure optimal processing of accounts. Conducts independent research to validate payment posting and account variance integrity. Receives and disburses funds, records, and balances transactions. Files hospital liens and releases hospital liens under strict legal protocol and guidelines. Performs a variety of related clerical duties such as distributing mail, maintaining daily cash journal, posting payments to accounts, requesting and retrieving medical records for litigation and appellate purposes
