Job Details
Stroke and Trauma ICU. Nights; EOW; Holidays (as needed)
Minimum 3 years recent critical care experience with acute / chronically ill pts that require ventilator support. Trauma and Neuro experience required.
Job Requirements
Active FL / Compact license
ACLS & BLS via AHA
NIH required (must have in hand at time of submittal)
Degree must be from an accredited school OR have a degree from an institution that is approved by FBON in addition to having 2 yrs recent acute care experience - experience must be consecutive within the past 24 months in a US hospital, per facility requirements.
Must have Epic experience.

Broward must review and approve the use of name affidavits on a case by case basis. Send requests to the Lead CL for approval prior to sending the traveler to obtain the affidavit.
