Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details Stroke and Trauma ICU. Nights; EOW; Holidays (as needed) Minimum 3 years recent critical care experience with acute / chronically ill pts that require ventilator support. Trauma and Neuro experience required. Job Requirements Active FL / Compact license ACLS & BLS via AHA NIH required (must have in hand at time of submittal) Degree must be from an accredited school OR have a degree from an institution that is approved by FBON in addition to having 2 yrs recent acute care experience - experience must be consecutive within the past 24 months in a US hospital, per facility requirements. Must have Epic experience. Schedule Information Nights EOW Holidays (as needed) Unit Specific Information Locals Considered- 60 Mile Radius Local Rate $73.00 Additional Details Required for Vaya.Aya Placements : I9 Required Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Broward must review and approve the use of name affidavits on a case by case basis.
