Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader to join our leadership team at Broward Health North. As a critical care nurse leader, you will oversee daily operations, promote best practices, and drive excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of critical care nurses, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Five years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida.
• Certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Neonatal Intensive Care Certified Registered Nurse (NIC-CRN).
