Broward Health North offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident in the Neuro/Trauma unit.
About the Role
As an RN Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing your clinical skills in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care based on individual needs and treatment plans.
- Establishing individualized plans of care for each patient.
- Providing direct and indirect patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum education of a graduate from an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- One to two years' experience as a registered nurse, with newly licensed RNs also encouraged to apply.
- Certifications: Registered Nurse, BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross, job/department-related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description.
