Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients' condition, receives physicians' orders, and notes patients' charts. Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records. Education : Associate in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing Experience : Two Years experience required Credentials : Registered Nurse BLS and ACLS required
