Summary:
Provides neuropsychological services for cognitive assessment and evaluation of adult and geriatric populations. Neuropsychological services may include but are not limited to assessment, evaluation and diagnostic impressions; recommendations and plans of care. Provides provision of psychotherapeutic intervention, counseling, and cognitive rehabilitation of the patient.
