Summary:
Provides specialized clinical activities relating to designated clinical programs in order to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Performs various types of medication utilization activities within a defined area, including but not limited to anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, order verification, and IV to PO-conversions. Participates in committees and represents the department of pharmacy throughout the hospital or ambulatory settings within the area of focus.
This position is for critical care units. The candidate will rotate through our various ICUs, including Trauma, Neuro, Cardiovascular and others.
Minimum of 2 years Pharmacist experience to be eligible for 20K bonus.
