Summary:
Provides day-to-day clinical application support and defines the scope of project objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and handles issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.

This is a Mid-Level analyst position. Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in IT/ related field required. Relevant IT experience in a complex healthcare environment Highly Desirable. Experience with building and supporting Optime and Anesthesia a must. EPIC OPTime Anesthesia Certification highly desirable. Experience with building and supporting is desired. Extensive experience with test plan development and execution required. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.

The individual selected for this position will be involved with supporting Optime and Anesthesia. He / She will work with operational in workflow and application development, maintenance, training, testing, and support as part of on-going EPIC Support.

Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, leadership skills and will be expected to manage multiple projects at various levels of complexity. Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program; on-call rotation required.
