Summary:
Manages clinical education function for the Ambulatory and Physician Practice areas. Provides strategically aligned education and training to achieve outcomes consistent with performance values and goals. Manages translation of research into evidence-based practice for nursing staff.
Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in clinical related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Essential:
* Three years of clinical experience and three years of training/education experience.
Credentials:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
* Basic Life Support certification required.
* Training Degree or Certification in Adult Education, Human Resources or Organizational Development, unless degree is Education-related preferred.
