Summary:
In collaboration with legal counsel, senior leadership and key stakeholders, provides analytical support and guidance pertaining to service contracts to establish business need, financial and operational impact, and to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. Leads, participates in, and/or facilitates contract negotiations. Maintains system databases and records. May assist with special projects as needed. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
