Summary:
Supervises service coordinators for early steps (ES) program to ensure contractual requirements are being met. Provides assessments, referrals, individual and group therapy critical incident interventions, and case management that result in optimal functioning of patients in order to guarantee the highest quality of patient care.
Grant funded positions at Broward Health are often temporary or project-based, as they depend on the duration of the grant funding. Once the grant period ends or the allocated funds are exhausted, the position may be terminated unless additional funding is secured.
