EXPERIENCE : A minimum of six (6) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.
EDUCATION : An earned associate degree from an accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE : A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS : Proficiency required in the following : Basic hardware and software troubleshooting, knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems, installing and maintaining software applications, managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks, supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, electronic mail, cloud storage, and other related applications, effective communication skills, and computer skills as required for the position. Bilingual skills preferred.
SALARY RANGE : $46,895 - $71,886
CALENDAR : 247 / 248
PAY GRADE : 19
