What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher/Crew Lead position at Browe Construction?
Browe Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher/Crew Lead at our Fayetteville location.
How you will contribute:
* Form and finish concrete - Broom finish -- sidewalks, curb, gutter, handicap ramps, utility adjustments - infrastructure work
* Drive company truck to and from worksite
* Operate heavy equipment (mini ex, skid steer/backhoe helpful)
* Use of hand and power tools as necessary to complete tasks
* Inspect finished concrete work for quality and accuracy
* Lead crew & oversee concrete infrastructure projects
Who you are/what you will bring:
* 21 years of age
* Valid drivers license with 3 years of safe driving experience
* 3 years of concrete finishing experience required
* Ability to withstand the physical demands of repetitive standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, lifting, loading & unloading
* Consistently work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold & rain
* Have reliable transportation to and from work and sustainable communication to receive work schedule
* Commitment to arriving to work on time and ability to be at present for scheduled work
