Brown Advisory is seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to provide support to the Global Institutional Business' senior leadership as part of the business management team. Key responsibilities include business analysis, project management support, management and board reporting and administration of vendors, user access, and other internal approval workflows.
As a Senior Business Analyst your primary duties include but not limited to :
Business Management and Communication
- Support the development and execution of strategic communication plans to share progress on business objectives. Create presentations and communications for range of events and audiences.
- Perform ongoing analysis to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of routine activities within the institutional business.
- Provide support to institutional leadership team members in resolving escalations, with detailed tracking of issues and trend analysis to identify areas of opportunity for systemic improvement.
- Provide support for meetings including agenda development, note-taking, and coordination of follow-up actions and communications.

Qualifications
MD Salary : $95k-125k; Commensurate with experience and location. This range does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
