Job Description
Brown Advisory seeks to hire an enterprise software developer to join a team focused on improving efficiencies and delivering technology capabilities for the firm. You will use your knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL databases, JavaScript, and cloud services.
The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Owning the design, architecture, coding and bug-fixing of new enhancements and the support of existing modules.
- Maintaining effective communications with team leader, team members, stakeholders and other Brown Advisory staff.
- Ensuring that applications and systems are supportable by the production support team and providing level 2 support when needed.
- Peer review the work of team members
- Championing the adoption of continuous improvement processes.
- Recommend new technology, policies or processes to benefit the organization and improve efficiencies. May lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software.
- Complete other related duties or projects as required, which may include playing a lead role in due diligence or cost / benefit analysis.

Salary : $120,000-$150,000 Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
