Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage time appropriately to ensure properties are staged and cleaned to surpass guest expectations.
- Conduct property quality control inspections per company checklist requirements.
- Problem solve and multitask in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Have an understanding and can perform minor maintenance tasks on our properties.

- Ensure the property is guest-ready by conducting quality control inspections and ensuring the correct inventory, locks, and maintenance.
- Constantly improve properties by using customer reviews/feedback.
Job Type: Part-Time
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- As needed according to guest check-in/check-out schedule, no two weeks are the same
- Schedule is flexible
Requirements:
- Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to climb stairs
