Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage time appropriately to ensure properties are staged and cleaned to surpass guest expectations.
- Conduct 100% of property quality control inspections per company checklist requirements.
- Problem solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Navigate the customer service domain with professionalism and a keen eye for solving guest issues.
- Have an understanding and can perform minor maintenance tasks on our properties.
- Effectively conduct inventory control utilizing systems and technologies, such as Office365 and Property Management Systems.
- Conduct monthly inventory resets in each home.
You will succeed here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Ensure the property is guest-ready by conducting quality control inspections and ensuring the correct inventory, locks, and maintenance.
- Constantly improve properties by using customer reviews/feedback.
Job Type: Full Time
Expected hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Schedule to be determined based on need
