Our Finance & Administration (F&A) team is seeking a full-time Equity Program Analyst to join our growth-oriented professional engineering and environmental consulting company. We are committed to creating long-term value for our employee-owners and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented analyst to manage and enhance our equity program.
The Equity Program Analyst will oversee the day-to-day administration of the BC's equity program, including the ERISA-qualified Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Plan) and other equity instruments. This role involves managing the plan efficiently, , ensuring compliance with regulations, serving as a key liaison to employee-owners and partnering with cross-functional team members and our third-party consultants to administer the BC's equity program. The Equity Analyst will report directly to the Payroll Manager and work closely with the finance, payroll, human resources, and legal teams to support the program's operations and contribute to the overall success of our employee ownership culture.

Salary Range : The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A : $80,000-109,000
Location B : $88,000-120,000
Location C : $96,000-131,000
