Brown and Caldwell has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Practice Leader to join the Industrial Water (IW) technical practice . This position will focus on expanding our well-known brand in the marketplace, developing our Industrial Water / Solid Waste technical practice client accounts as well as help develop technical solutions to address our client's most complex challenges. Our CSMs / TSLs lead, develop, and communicate the ways in which BC differentiates our IW services, brand, technology, regulatory, and business (e.g., contractual and risk management) strategies to create comprehensive solutions for our clients.
- This position will primarily work virtually and can be filled near any BC office.
Detailed Description :
The primary role of this position is to develop and / or expand client business leveraging BC Client Service Teams' (CSTs) expertise to advance new ideas throughout the Industrial Water (IW) technical practice within thePSBU. The expectation is that the successful candidate will become a nationally recognized thought leader in this market sector through innovation, industry understanding and market visibility. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with our municipal business to further leverage our IW services with our municipal clients. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding business, regulatory, and technical strategies to advance innovative solutions across our full range of services to meet and deliver on our clients' greatest needs. Through sales and delivery involvement with clients, this person will help our CSTs develop, win, and deliver new work / opportunities. This position will work with BC's Technical Services leaders and practitioners to execute the company's technical strategies including innovation and research (e.g., related to emerging contaminants).
