Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. You must also have a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or be able to obtain one within six months. Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting is required.
Additionally, you must have strong understanding of engineering principles related to water/wastewater distribution, conveyance, and treatment. Design experience in sanitary sewer and/or stormwater treatment and conveyance systems is also required. Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.
