Sandwich Artist / Shift Leader
- Make fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches in a timely manner.
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes and all systems and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items.
- Checks inventory and restock sandwich area to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the day.
- Prep vegetable and meats.
- You do not have to Grill, Cook and Fry Food.
- Perform all relative duties as required.
- Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment efficiently and accurately.
Cashiers / Shift Leader
- Greet customers upon arrival into cafe, take orders, operates our POS cashier system.
- Will need to be able to make Specialty Coffees and Drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front Work Area, Bathrooms and Dining Lobby.
- Restock inventory in the Front Area.
- Help kitchen staff to run food to customers in a timely manner.
- Take phone orders and complete third party delivery tickets.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Opening and Closing of the Restaurant.
- Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment efficiently and accurately.

Essential Functions of Position:
- The ability to stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders in a timely fashion.
- The ability to perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time
- The ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
- The ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
- The ability to understand and to follow directions.
