Position Summary :
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst, Senior acts as a liaison between technical and business teams. The individual is responsible for defining and documenting IAM business systems requirements and ensuring technology solutions enhance and support the identity governance and administration (IGA) business operations. The individual identifies technology alternatives and recommends system solutions to business and technical audiences. The individual would act as a product owner with IAM IGA focus. The Senior Systems IAM Business Analyst participates in all phases of the systems development life cycle - from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issue (s) resolution, testing, training and implementation.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Planning and Organization
- Develop clear, concise IGA methodology documents, which require proficiency in interviewing skills, workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, screen design, etc.
- Review and assist in development of IAM project plans, project workflows and resource assignments as requested by Project Manager.
- Facilitate the definition of functional requirements by working with technology analysts, end-users and business teams in prototyping and design sessions.
- Create business requirement documents (BRD), translate technical details and present project concepts into effective visual images which clarify design elements and issues for both business and technical audiences.

Salary Range
120k - $160k
BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
