Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM!
The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides commercial lines support in maintaining, expanding, and servicing assigned accounts.
How You Will Contribute:
Assist the Account Executive team within the middle/large client market
- Responsible for servicing mail, processing certificates, endorsements, audits, applications, accounting/billing, proposals and additional servicing requests that may be needed
- Maintain high retention on existing accounts
- Attend any required training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
Licenses and Certifications:
P&C License
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
1 years’ commercial insurance experience
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
