CSR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a fast-paced office working in a competitive service-driven industry. We do our best to provide great customer service and also to attract new customers.
You should do really well here if you embrace a busy day’s work, love people, get along very well with co-workers, are a quick learner and good communicator and can get around quickly inside a computer and phone system.
Many people we talk to have been through a number of jobs but have never had an opportunity that took them into a real professional career. We can provide that to people who seriously want that opportunity. You have to be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
We have helped many people over the years make more money than in any job they’ve ever had and continuing upward from there. We provide the training, which is extensive, and you would bring the drive and determination.
Our folks take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers. We don’t cold call or anything like that.
